Health Data Consent

This is a short, explicit-consent notice for two optional features that process special-category health data under Art. 9 GDPR: the menstrual-cycle calendar and body-progress photos. It is shown before either feature is enabled and is separate from account registration.

1. What you are consenting to

By enabling the cycle calendar and/or body-progress photos in AI METABOLICA, you explicitly consent to VLCroup, LLC (a Delaware limited liability company) processing the following special-category health data (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR):

• Menstrual-cycle dates and related entries you log, if you enable the cycle calendar.
• Body-progress photos and any body measurements you choose to log, if you enable progress photos. These photos are visible only to you.

2. Purpose

This data is used solely to power the corresponding in-app feature: showing your cycle calendar, or your body-progress timeline and 3D proportions view. It is not used for any other purpose and is not shared for advertising.

3. Storage and transfers

This data is stored on Convex (United States) with the same technical safeguards as the rest of your account data, and is not shared with any subprocessor other than those needed to operate the Service (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Your control

• This consent is optional — the core Service works fully without it.
• You can withdraw consent at any time from Profile settings, which disables the feature and deletes the related data.
• Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
